Returns 

Due to the nature and sensitivity of our products, the products are ineligible for a return or refund after delivery. As our products are consumer health products we, unfortunately, are not able to do a refund or return even if the box is not unboxed.

We do not offer exchanges. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If the product is defective or damaged, we require a picture and might require you to mail the item back.

Our Replacement policy lasts 14 days if the product is damaged. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your return to be received and processed could vary. 

When shipping us back, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
